Annual Information Document at 26th March 2011

This document shows the list, subdivided into type, date and place of publication, of all the information on CAD IT S.p.A. placed at the disposal of the public in the 12 months prior to 26th March 2011, the date when the last balance, approved by the Board of Directors, was published.

The Annual Information Document is drafted in accordance with the regulations in article 54 of Consob Resolution no. 11971/99 (Regulation Issuer). Below you can download the last Document published in 2011, since Article 54 was repealed in 2012 (see Consob Resolution no. 18079 of 20th January 2012).
