Information Reporting

CAD IT S.p.A. announces that the Consolidated and Draft Financial Statements as at 31st December 2009, were made available to the company’s registered office and Borsa Italiana S.p.A., as approved by the Board of Directors on 12th March 2010.
Furthermore the company informs all that, the Corporate Governance report, including all relevant information regarding the shareholders structure pursuant to art. 123-bis of the TUF, was also deposited in the same above mentioned offices.
