CAD IT announces the decease of its chairman and executive director Giampietro Magnani

CAD IT S.p.A. hereby announces that, on the evening of 3rd January 2018, the chairman and executive director, Giampietro Magnani, passed away suddenly.

Giampietro Magnani had been executive director of the Company since 27th February 1991 and chairman of the board of directors since 8th July 2016.

Vice-chairman and executive director Luigi Zanella expresses – on behalf of CAD IT’s directors, auditors, employees and collaborators – his deepest sympathy for the loss of Giampietro Magnani, remembering his generosity and professionalism as well as the integrity and loyalty he so freely gave over the years.

The chairman’s position will be taken on, in accordance with Article 20 of the company’s by-laws and board deliberation of 29th April 2015, by vice-chairman and executive director Luigi Zanella.
