CAD IT S.p.A. informs that the annual financial statements as at 31st December 2019 approved by the shareholders’ meeting on 26th June 2020 and the consolidated financial statements as at 31st December 2019, together with documentation provided for by law in force were filed today pursuant to Article 2435 of the Civil Code with the Companies Register of Verona and made available, to anyone on request, at the Company’s registered office of CAD IT S.p.A., as well as published in the Investor Relation section of the Company’s internet website (www.caditgroup.com).
