CAD IT S.p.A. has been listed at the Milan Stock Exchange (Borsa Italiana S.p.A.) until November 30, 2018.

Delisting - With notice No. 23793 of November 27, 2018 Borsa Italiana declares that, as of December 3, 2018 CAD IT shares (IT0001489720) are delisted as a consequence of the merger of CAD IT S.p.A. into CAD S.r.l. (not listed company).

The new CAD IT S.p.A., company resulting from the merger is to be considered as "Issuer of financial instruments widely distributed among the public" pursuant to Articles 116 of Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998 and to Article 2-bis of the Regulation adopted with Consob resolution no. 11971 of 14 May 1999.

From 1st January 2021 CAD IT S.p.A. is no longer to be considered as "Issuer of financial instruments widely distributed among the public". For Further information please refer to the press release of 12th November 2020.
